Services
Christian funeral services
We arrange Catholic and Protestant funerals with your priest or pastor, in our chapel in Highland Park or at your church. Many Chinese Christian families wish to keep certain customs, and we blend them respectfully into the service.
With your church and clergy
We coordinate the visitation, the funeral service or Mass, and the committal with your church and clergy, and bring your loved one from our chapel to the church on the day when the service is held there.
In two languages
Hymns, scripture, and eulogies can be in English, in Chinese, or in both, so that grandparents, parents, and children can all take part.
Chinese customs within a Christian service
Bowing before the portrait, white and yellow chrysanthemums, and the family’s order of seniority are customs many Chinese Christian families keep. Others prefer to set them aside. We follow what your family and your pastor decide.
